We were total event novices, but thanks to Karen we held a very successful two-day national conference at the Meydenbauer in Bellevue. Karen’s attention to detail when it comes to event design was obvious. She had clever, low-cost ways to promote attendee engagement, from photo booth accessories to interactive polling to adult coloring, all appropriately thematic and on-brand. She also did a stellar job of designing our 40th anniversary luncheon – the anchor event of the conference – which featured a 6-min video she produced. Regardless of the task, she listened to what we envisioned and found ways to make it a reality. It was a great experience, and we look forward to working with Avenue 22 again!
